Responsible for the completion of various aspects of commercial and multifamily developments. Managed projects totaling over $15 Million in multifamily. The scope of work was primarily on framing, roofing, window installation, siding, and trim. A highlight was being awarded a project with the Department of Defense in 2019. 

Projects

• GoValle Apartments in Austin, TX. A 60-unit 3 story building, which is roughly 75,000 sq. ft, includes amenities, a pool area, walking paths, and a full parking lot. My scope of work was to frame the building and install all the exterior doors, windows, and siding. 

• Santa Lucia luxury apartments (168 units). Assisted the project manager and superintendent on the project. Completed 2 months early and under budget overseeing the framing, roofing, drywall, interior trim, painting, hardware, and the final cleaning / final delivery to the owner ($4.7 million).

• Think East Apartments (182 units) in Austin, TX. In charge of framing and exterior windows, door waterproofing, siding, and trim ($1.4 million).

• Oaks 55 Plus senior living (192 units) in Dallas TX. In charge of framing scope, waterproofing, windows, exterior doors, siding, drywall/ fire walls, 5 parking garages, full commercial kitchen, workout gym, and business center ($1.7 million).

• Re-roofed 22 roofs for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina ($170,000).

I was part owner and manager of this company. We completed numerous residential and commercial projects during our tenure. Highlights were the completion of various school district projects, retail, medical offices, and government projects with Homeland Security.

Projects

• Eagles High School Field House (Project manager). Built from the ground up to completion ($3.6 million).

• Veteran’s Memorial High School Field House (Project manager). Built from the ground up ($2.5 million).

• Hidalgo County Housing Authority (Project manager). Project rehabilitating. Gutted and completely refinished 300 apartments for low-income housing/ handicap accessibility was the main priority, including all MEP upgrades ($4.9 million). 

• Completed 204 apartment units in Austin, TX. 

• Kyle Apartments (Assistant to Project Manager). Entire complex from 24 foundations, built all the driveways, parking lots, curb/gutter, and inlets/entrances to meet all state and local codes working together with TX DOT. I framed 224,000 sq. ft of 3 story buildings, a clubhouse, and 6 parking garages/storages. I also roofed, drywalled, floated, and painted interior trim/hardware for the entire complex. 

• Completed 200,00 sq. ft. of commercial retail and office space 

• Completed an interior remodel for Homeland security/Border patrol in McAllen, TX. 

• Completed additional space for federal judges and US Marshalls at the Bentsen Tower. 

• Completed over 30,000 sq. ft of office space for Texas Workforce Solutions. 

• Completed many renovation projects from Rio Grande City to South Padre Island for therapy clinics, doctors’ offices, insurance companies, and attorneys’ offices.

• Completed Interior renovations for 5 restaurants in RGV and San Antonio. 

• Built over 40 spec and custom homes in the RGV. 

• Developed 60 acres in Harlingen for Sam’s Wholesale and other retail/restaurants.
